Danil Dintsis

The Head Teacher of Unitraining, the head of the "Innovative Learning Technologies" department. Holds a Doctorate in Technical Sciences with a specialization in "System Analysis in Information Systems." Holds prestigious certifications including PfMP(®), PgMP®, PMP®, ITIL® Expert, ITIL 4.0 Managing Professional, Strategic Leader, Certified Product Owner, Scrum Developer Certified, accredited PMP® and ITIL® trainer, certified online instructor for PMP®, ITIL 4.0, and DASA. With over 15 years of teaching experience, he is the author of courses and seminars at our center, with over 80 scientific and 20 methodological works. With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including over 15 years in project, portfolio, product, and startup management, he has consulting experience in project management and organizational changes (digital transformation) in several major companies.

He has successfully implemented more than 20 projects in IT (including web solutions, IT service management), education, metallurgy, insurance, and telecommunications. Danil Dintsis has extensive experience in building partnerships with major companies, including Microsoft, Citrix, and others.

Since 2015, Danil Dintsis has been actively involved in startups, both as a partner (series of products for people with hearing loss; online education certification system) and as a mentor (IAMCP, G-Accelerator).

Danil Dintsis has been part of reviewer groups for various standards and frameworks:

  • PMBOK7
  • ITIL 4.0 Framework, and contributed to the accredited course ITIL 4.0 Direct, Plan and Improve, and ITIL Managing Professional Transition.

He has also contributed to PMI standards for Portfolio Management and Risk Management.

Danil Dintsis is a regular participant in international conferences, including PMXPO 2019, PMI Talent and Technology Symposium, PMI® Organizational Agility Conference, and others. He continuously enhances qualifications through vendor training (DASA, Peoplecert) and has successfully undergone training and assessment as a PMP trainer for the new version.

Using his vast experience and excellent teaching skills, he presents material with numerous examples, skillfully encouraging productive discussions in groups and answering all questions in detail. Danil Dintsis will introduce you not only to abstract methodologies but also to how they work in practice, taking into account legislation and business management specifics.
